Bermuda Golf Club Passport Program

The Fairmont Southampton Golf Club Passport Program provides a series of year-round benefits and membership features that provide significant value towards use of our Bermuda golf course.  As a frequent preferred golf members in our Passport Program, golfers receive:  

• Unlimited Golf on our course – valid 7 days a week, subject to availability of tee times
• 15% discount on food and beverage at The Golf Hut and Bacci dining, both located on the course (card must be produced)
• 15% discount on food and beverage in all Fairmont Southampton restaurants (card must be produced)
• 15% discount on all guest room rates (BAR) – golf pass must be produced at check-in
• Member guest golf green fees at Riddell's Bay Golf Club (off peak times)

In addition, as part of your welcome sign-up package for joining the Golf Club Passport Program, members will receive the following added value benefits, all subject to availability:

• 4 day passes to the Willow Stream Spa - Voted one of the top ten Spa’s in the entire Caribbean
• A certificate for a two night stay at the Fairmont Southampton Resort
• $50 dining certificate to be used at one of our Fairmont restaurants

Guidelines for the Fairmont Southampton Membership:

• Membership card is not transferable
• 5 day advance booking
• Membership benefits may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, special offers, discounted rates or tournament/group bookings
• At the time of booking, players must identify themselves as a Member
• Golfers must present their golf pass card when checking-in at the Golf Shop
• The Fairmont Southampton Golf Club will track the number of rounds used by each Member
• Members and their guest(s) must abide by all Fairmont Southampton Golf Club general rules and regulations
• The Fairmont Southampton Golf Club Management and Staff reserve the right to cancel or make changes to tee times. (Staff will make every effort to inform the card holder of any changes)

Pricing: The following pricing is for the 2010-2011 passport offering:

• $1,999 - single membership
• $2,999 - family membership (2 adults)
• $2,999 + $299 - family with child membership

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:  A $25.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations received within 24 hours of tee time and for no-shows

Agreement:   It is understood that the spirit of the Fairmont Southampton Golf Club Annual Pass is geared towards providing value for our frequent preferred players. The Golf Pass is non-refundable and will expire on 31st October 2011. The Fairmont Southampton reserves the right to revoke any Membership.
