Bacardi National Par 3 Championship
The Fairmont Southampton and Bacardi International today announce the new Bacardi National Par-3 Championship, a two-day, 36-hole championship golf tournament to be played at The Fairmont Southampton on April 10-11, 2010. A Pro-Am will be played on Friday, April 9. Funds from the tournament will benefit the Bermuda Red Cross.

The Riddell's Bay Golf Course winds along a peninsula that measures only 600 yards at its widest point. The 5,800 yard par 70, 18-hole golf course offers scenic delights and plenty of challenges, including two ponds and three ocean holes. Riddell's Bay offers the golfer a magnificent challenge to both his or her game and camera.
The signature hole is the 8th, a dogleg right, and one to watch for as scoring birdie may take a break for accuracy! An accurate drive leaves an approach to a green surrounded by water.
Hotel guests will now have preferred access to the stunning course during their Bermuda vacation, with shuttle service provided to and from the hotel lobby. Guests can make tee times months in advance, with the added convenience of being able to charge back to their rooms.
